Vacation

The DC trip is off to a great start. We are staying so close to the White House that hopes are high we might be invited in for tea (Finn). LiELie is loving her new camera. She doesn’t take pictures of any of the same things I do. Imagine that. I love seeing the kids in the city. I heard Finn speak Spanish and LieLie speak French today during random interactions with strangers.

A few highlights: White House, parcour about town, Washington monument, capital, WW2 stuff, big lizard, fancy pants looking small next to her dad, and best of all, dinner at Nando’s! Peri peri is so nice I have to say it twice!!!
